Do I have to be present the entire time that the cleaning takes place?
No, our professional team members are in homes and businesses alone every day. We do ask that someone meet us when we start the work so we can answer any questions you may have and show us any areas you are concerned about.
Yes, we move all moveable furniture like tables, sofa, chairs, etc.... The only items we can not move are large items like pool tables, pianos, china cabinets, entertainment systems, etc.

The carpet will be damp to the touch and should be completely dry within 6 to 12 hours depending on the degree of soil and airflow in your home or business. You can walk on your carpet as soon as we finish cleaning it.

How often should I clean my carpets?
Major carpet manufacturers recommend having your carpets cleaned every 12 to 18 months depending on traffic.

My carpet has bleached or faded spots. Can you correct that?
No, unfortunately we cannot. Bleach removes the dye from the carpet and causes a permanent discoloration.

Payment is due that day upon completion of the job for residential homes and net 30 for commercial buildings. We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.

We use the method recommend by major carpet manufacturers and the one we have found to provide the best cleaning which is the hot water extraction method commonly referred to as "Steam Cleaning".
We also provide a Low Moisture Shampooing method also know as "Dry Cleaning".

Why should I choose your company over other local carpet cleaning companies?
We will give you professional service at a competitive price and if you are not completely satisfied, we will come back and redo the work with no questions asked. The majority of our customers are previous customers that we help year after year.
